Facility Overview
Halo Labs partners with cGMP-aligned facilities that maintain controlled environments suited to peptide and small-molecule production. Temperature, humidity, and particulate counts are monitored continuously, and access is restricted to trained personnel.
Synthesis Capabilities
Our partner network supports solid-phase peptide synthesis at scales from milligrams for early research to multi-gram batches for extended studies. Custom modifications — PEGylation, lipidation, cyclization, and selective protecting-group strategies — are available on request.
Analytical Instrumentation
Analytical capabilities include reverse-phase and ion-exchange HPLC, ESI and MALDI mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy, amino acid analysis, and Karl Fischer titration. This breadth allows complete characterization of even structurally complex compounds.
Cleanroom Protocols
Lyophilization and filling are performed under ISO-classified cleanroom conditions. Personnel follow gowning protocols, surfaces are sanitized on documented schedules, and environmental monitoring confirms compliance batch over batch.
