Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your shipment arrived damaged or if a product fails identity or purity verification. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Order Errors
If we ship an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days for replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used products are not eligible for refund.
